Rigged Economy and Financial System in the fascist state
“A politico-economic system in which there is: total executive branch control of both the legislative and administrative powers of government; no independent judiciary; no Constitution that embodies the rule of law standing above the people who run the government; no inherent personal rights or liberties; a single national ideology that first demonizes and then criminalizes all political, religious, and ideological opposition to it; the massive and regular use of hate, fear, racial and religious prejudice, the Big Lie technique, mob psychology, mob actions and ultimately individual and collective violence to achieve political and economic ends; a capitalist/corporate economy; with the ruling economic class’ domination of economic, fiscal, and regulatory policy.” --Steven Jonas
The Fascist Coup of September 2001. There is one thing that defines everyone over the course of these early years of this new century. That thing is the 9/11 attack. Everyone in government and every field of endeavor the world over is defined by their position on this event. It is not necessary to know the truth. It is only necessary to know the extent of the lies in order to define any leader in any position anywhere in the world. By what they have said and by what they have not said, one can accurately judge who is an enemy of the people's of the world. One can accurately determine who is a tool of the psychopaths or one of them.
2015-0913 OAC / The US Constitution has been steadily eroded and generally trashed to such an extent that what remains today is but a shadow of the hearty document adopted more than just a few centuries ago. The most damaging effects are reflected in what's left in the Bill of Rights. Especially the first fourteen amendments to the Constitution which has served as the guard against government abuse of power - especially September 11th 2001.
Set against this scene of legal and political abuse of power are things like government post-prison shaming lists (sex offenders) among other government lists, spying, asset forfeiture, unforgiving prison sentences, SWAT raids, armed drones, and militarized cops and their assaults on innocent civilians.
Americans should no longer pretend that the Constitution, whose purpose was to hold the US government accountable, is still our highest governing law. Regardless of who we feel about this demise of our constitution, we must understand that the country we live our lives in today is one in which our criminal government does anything it wants, lawful or not, and to hell with our liberty.
Fascism is not a thing of the past. In this era of crisis and austerity, it is growing even stronger. The question is: How do we stop it?
According to M. Testa, the fight against it must be aggressive and unrelenting. Using a mixture of orthodox history, eyewitness accounts, and unflinching analysis, he makes the case for a resolutely militant anti-fascism, one that gives no quarter and tolerates no excuses. Unlike other partisan accounts of contemporary battles against fascism and ultra-nationalism, Militant Anti-Fascism takes us from proto-fascists in nineteenth-century Austria to modern-day street-fights in London, providing a broad context for its arguments and looking at numerous countries over a longer period of time. The result is both a serious historical study and a story of victory and struggle, past and present, designed to inspire and energize militants.
Lay aside, as M. Testa does, your faith in liberal, legislative, and state-approved approaches to today’s fascist threat. Start by reading this provocative and unapologetic overview of militant anti-fascism and the strategies that have successfully confronted the far right when it has reappeared in its many guises.
2015-0920 / 5 Master Crimes You May Have to Explain to Future Generations For Not Stopping
OAC 9/20/2015 comment: Thank you Bernie. Stopping the fascist advance of the globalists has been my number one project for the last five years. Although organizing and acting locally here in Oregon has been a very slow process, I take personal satisfaction in what I do. The biggest obstacle in reaching the minds of my fellow Oregonians, like anywhere else, is the job of working to separate ordinary people from their addictions to the stupefying sources of propaganda, their intentional ignorance, and their general insouciance in the face of the coming world-wide destruction of the self. I tend now to believe that the reason for our lack of progress (so far), comes from a subconscious program of live for today and die tomorrow suicide pact between the masses and the elites. We are living to have fun now and joy today in spite of knowing that tomorrow will be the end of everything good - so why bother?. How do we shatter this thinking? One way to to inject reality messages directly into the social stream in our communities. Getting into the streets with sign messages of all kinds in order to stimulate an random passer-by's awareness and subconscious in thinking differently from the status quo. Acting in the streets, even as one-man-band protest can itself be seen as a message of encouraging others to act in the same way. Let's get on the streets with our various messages and stir things up.
2015-0814 / Governments Admit They Carry Out False Flag Terror -- A major with the Nazi SS admitted at the Nuremberg trials that – under orders from the chief of the Gestapo – he and some other Nazi operatives faked attacks on their own people and resources which they blamed on the Poles, to justify the invasion of Poland. Nazi general Franz Halder also testified at the Nuremberg trials that Nazi leader Hermann Goering admitted to setting fire to the German parliament building, and then falsely blaming the communists for the arson
2015-0918 / NEO: American Risks Life, Limb and Citizenship to Fight Fascists in Ukraine I came here to fight Fascism and help the heroic people of Novorussia create a new nation. I am a Communist and an Anti-Fascist. The US government is truly a fascist government. Mussolini said “Fascism should be called “corporatism”, because it is the merger of government power”.
2015-1115 / Passing Knee-Jerk Laws in the Wake of Terrorist Attacks Will Not Make Us Safer
Terrorism generates fear - that is its purpose. Attacks serve to make us think twice before we leave the house, to sow suspicion and fear about neighbours and friends who are different to us in some way, to make us question the core of our liberal values. Paradoxically, terrorist attacks tend to unify and to divide at the same time. Just as sorrow and sympathy unite us, fear and anxiety divide us into "us" and "them."2015-1115 / Passing Knee-Jerk Laws in the Wake of Terrorist Attacks Will Not Make Us Safer
The End of America by Naomi R. Wolf - In The End of America: Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot, Wolf takes a historical look at the rise of fascism, outlining 10 steps necessary for a fascist group (or government) to destroy the democratic character of a nation-state and subvert the social/political liberty previously exercised by its citizens:
2015-0818 / We Are the Government: Tactics for Taking Down the Police State /
In an age in which government officials accused of wrongdoing—police officers, elected officials, etc.—are treated with general leniency, while the average citizen is prosecuted to the full extent of the law, jury nullification is a powerful reminder that, as the Constitution tells us, “we the people” are the government.
For too long we’ve allowed our so-called “representatives” to call the shots. Now it’s time to restore the citizenry to their rightful place in the republic: as the masters, not the servants. Jury nullification is one way of doing so.
The reality with which we must contend is that justice in America is reserved for those who can afford to buy their way out of jail. For the rest of us who are dependent on the “fairness” of the system, there exists a multitude of ways in which justice can and does go wrong every day. Police misconduct. Prosecutorial misconduct. Judicial bias. Inadequate defense. Prosecutors who care more about winning a case than seeking justice. Judges who care more about what is legal than what is just. Jurors who know nothing of the law and are left to deliberate in the dark about life-and-death decisions. And an overwhelming body of laws, statutes and ordinances that render the average American a criminal, no matter how law-abiding they might think themselves.
As I’ve said before, when you go into a courtroom, you’re going up against three adversaries who more often than not are operating off the same playbook: the police, the prosecutor and the judge. If you’re to have any hope of remaining free—and I use that word loosely—your best bet remains in your fellow citizens.
