2015-1115 / Passing Knee-Jerk Laws in the Wake of Terrorist Attacks Will Not Make Us Safer
Terrorism generates fear - that is its purpose. Attacks serve to make us think twice before we leave the house, to sow suspicion and fear about neighbours and friends who are different to us in some way, to make us question the core of our liberal values. Paradoxically, terrorist attacks tend to unify and to divide at the same time. Just as sorrow and sympathy unite us, fear and anxiety divide us into "us" and "them."2015-1115 / Passing Knee-Jerk Laws in the Wake of Terrorist Attacks Will Not Make Us Safer

The Fascist Coup of September 2001. There is one thing that defines everyone over the course of these early years of this new century. That thing is the 9/11 attack. Everyone in government and every field of endeavor the world over is defined by their position on this event. It is not necessary to know the truth. It is only necessary to know the extent of the lies in order to define any leader in any position anywhere in the world. By what they have said and by what they have not said, one can accurately judge who is an enemy of the people's of the world. One can accurately determine who is a tool of the psychopaths or one of them.
Resistance will be local. It will be militant. It will defy the rules imposed by the corporate state. It will turn its back on state and NGO environmental organizations. And it will not stop until corporate power is destroyed or we are destroyed. -Chris Hedges
Radicalism is the anti-dote to fascism. The current system cannot be fixed and as a result of the government’s supposed war on terror, “we the people” have been terrorized, traumatized, and tricked into a permanent state of compliance. Our Constitution has been steadily eroded, undermined, diluted down, and generally discarded to to the trash bin that what we are left with today is but a shadow of the original document adopted a few centuries ago.
2015-1014 / Is Campaign Cash From Police Unions Watering Down Democrats' Reform Efforts? "There are too many judges who were former cops or state's attorneys, who had a law enforcement background, and once you have that law enforcement background, you normally also have either a direct or indirect connection to the union, the FOP," Taylor told Truthout. "The FOP has a real impact on politics at the local level in Chicago, which is Democratic politics."

August 19th 2015 - Protest Movements Are Changing Public Opinion Throughout American history, advocates for racial justice and economic justice have sometimes been at odds, but they’ve also found common ground. In recent weeks we’ve watched this tension play out in a surprising way, when Black Lives Matters (BLM) activists disrupted Bernie Sanders rallies to demand that the socialist senator from Vermont focus more attention on racial inequities.
2015-0818 / We Are the Government: Tactics for Taking Down the Police State /
In an age in which government officials accused of wrongdoing—police officers, elected officials, etc.—are treated with general leniency, while the average citizen is prosecuted to the full extent of the law, jury nullification is a powerful reminder that, as the Constitution tells us, “we the people” are the government.
For too long we’ve allowed our so-called “representatives” to call the shots. Now it’s time to restore the citizenry to their rightful place in the republic: as the masters, not the servants. Jury nullification is one way of doing so.
The reality with which we must contend is that justice in America is reserved for those who can afford to buy their way out of jail. For the rest of us who are dependent on the “fairness” of the system, there exists a multitude of ways in which justice can and does go wrong every day. Police misconduct. Prosecutorial misconduct. Judicial bias. Inadequate defense. Prosecutors who care more about winning a case than seeking justice. Judges who care more about what is legal than what is just. Jurors who know nothing of the law and are left to deliberate in the dark about life-and-death decisions. And an overwhelming body of laws, statutes and ordinances that render the average American a criminal, no matter how law-abiding they might think themselves.
As I’ve said before, when you go into a courtroom, you’re going up against three adversaries who more often than not are operating off the same playbook: the police, the prosecutor and the judge. If you’re to have any hope of remaining free—and I use that word loosely—your best bet remains in your fellow citizens.
2015-0814 / Governments Admit They Carry Out False Flag Terror -- A major with the Nazi SS admitted at the Nuremberg trials that – under orders from the chief of the Gestapo – he and some other Nazi operatives faked attacks on their own people and resources which they blamed on the Poles, to justify the invasion of Poland. Nazi general Franz Halder also testified at the Nuremberg trials that Nazi leader Hermann Goering admitted to setting fire to the German parliament building, and then falsely blaming the communists for the arson
The Information War Against Fascism
The End of America by Naomi R. Wolf - In The End of America: Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot, Wolf takes a historical look at the rise of fascism, outlining 10 steps necessary for a fascist group (or government) to destroy the democratic character of a nation-state and subvert the social/political liberty previously exercised by its citizens:
2015-0917 / Is your name on a fascist-inspired government list? It's just not for sex offenders anymore. Find out what other kinds of government lists our elected fascist Democrats & fascist Republicans have given us here in the land of the free.
2015-0913 OAC / The US Constitution has been steadily eroded and generally trashed to such an extent that what remains today is but a shadow of the hearty document adopted more than just a few centuries ago. The most damaging effects are reflected in what's left in the Bill of Rights. Especially the first fourteen amendments to the Constitution which has served as the guard against government abuse of power - especially September 11th 2001.
Set against this scene of legal and political abuse of power are things like government post-prison shaming lists (sex offenders) among other government lists, spying, asset forfeiture, unforgiving prison sentences, SWAT raids, armed drones, and militarized cops and their assaults on innocent civilians.
Americans should no longer pretend that the Constitution, whose purpose was to hold the US government accountable, is still our highest governing law. Regardless of who we feel about this demise of our constitution, we must understand that the country we live our lives in today is one in which our criminal government does anything it wants, lawful or not, and to hell with our liberty.

OAC 9/20/2015 comment: Thank you Bernie. Stopping the fascist advance of the globalists has been my number one project for the last five years. Although organizing and acting locally here in Oregon has been a very slow process, I take personal satisfaction in what I do. The biggest obstacle in reaching the minds of my fellow Oregonians, like anywhere else, is the job of working to separate ordinary people from their addictions to the stupefying sources of propaganda, their intentional ignorance, and their general insouciance in the face of the coming world-wide destruction of the self. I tend now to believe that the reason for our lack of progress (so far), comes from a subconscious program of live for today and die tomorrow suicide pact between the masses and the elites. We are living to have fun now and joy today in spite of knowing that tomorrow will be the end of everything good - so why bother?. How do we shatter this thinking? One way to to inject reality messages directly into the social stream in our communities. Getting into the streets with sign messages of all kinds in order to stimulate an random passer-by's awareness and subconscious in thinking differently from the status quo. Acting in the streets, even as one-man-band protest can itself be seen as a message of encouraging others to act in the same way. Let's get on the streets with our various messages and stir things up.
OAC / August 15th 2015 - America is already a police state. And Oregon is doing its best to catch up.
